Africa. Throughout the 1990's the waive
of privatization had a great impact on
development in Africa. Through the 90's,
the African governments privatized companies
thus creating a vibrant middle market.
The pathway out of poverty for developing
nations is the development of the private
sector (World Bank). In developing countries,
